On Friday, July 12, in the auditorium of the Cultural Center at the Andrés Bello Catholic University in Caracas, Proyecto Once Trece, in collaboration with the Venezuelan Society of Infectious Diseases, participated in an event titled “Contraception in Times of Crisis,” organized by Dr. Carmen Mantellini.
At the event, a brief talk was given on the most effective guidelines for preventing sexually transmitted infections.
Throughout the day, the Once Trece team Once Trece confidential, voluntary, and free HIV tests for everyone in attendance at the talk—students and staff members at this prestigious Venezuelan university—who, in addition to extending a warm welcome, filled us with pride through their dedicated educational efforts, which clearly demonstrated the importance of culture across all academic disciplines at this respected institution.
